Lead Pastor Jeff & Sharon Morrow

Rev. Jeffery W. Morrow was raised as a preacher’s kid in the Assemblies of God, and was the seventh child in a family of eight. Running from the Lord at an early age, he began a span of drug addiction which lasted for twelve years.

On Labor Day 1992, after a three day drug binge, he knelt by his couch and surrendered his life to the Lord. He immediately began studying for the ministry at Global University, where he received his ordination with the Assemblies of God. He then served as the Young Adults/College and Career director at Stone Church in Palos Heights.

Rev. Jeffery W. Morrow is now the lead pastor of South Suburban Christian Center in Richton Park, and has served there since November 1997. He is also in the preparation phase, as SSCC looks to birth a new church in Bradley Illinois area, called Rock Assembly.

Jeff Morrow has been married for twenty nine years to Sharon Morrow, and is a father of three children, all involved in the music ministry of the Church.
