Text: Exodus 3:2-10
Our God is a Holy God! He is seperated from Everything that is evil. He is dedicated to Himself for His Glory. He is the litmus test for what is good and what is evil. Holiness is a call to seperation. There is a huge gap between what we think is holy and God’s Holiness. God wants no unclean thing to come before Him. We must come to Him with the right reverence and attitude of heart. God is calling us to holiness. . .to be seperate for God’s use to bring Him glory. Because God is Holy, He demands a Holy people. He has called us out to be a Holy people. Jesus is our connector to holiness, because of what He did on the cross. God is saying, come unto Me in a holy lifestyle. It’s time to be totally dedicated to Him. We can’t do it on our own efforts. We can only do it with what He has provided. . .Jesus! Everything and everyone we have to remove from ourselves is for our benefit. Yes, we must let things go, but it’s all because we value the Holiness of God. Let’s be that Holy people God is demanding. We have been called out! We belong to God!
