Text: Psalm 57
It’s a matter of the heart. Where is our hope? Our hope is in God! Sometimes we can get so overwhelmed by our trials, we forget we have the victory in Christ. Yes, we have an enemy who is after us, but we have security in God. To have security, we must pray! We must call out to the Lord, so fear won’t grip our hearts. Prayer helps us make the right choices. Where there is no prayer, there is no peace. God is our only hope! Sometimes we get so caught up with the here and now, we forget what God has brought us from. Satan has no power greater than God. He is on God’s leash. The enemy is defeated in our lives. To have security in God, we must ALWAYS praise and exalt Him! Not just in the good times, but especially in the hard times. He is still on the throne! Our confidence should always be in the Name of the Lord! He is above all and we exalt His Holy Name! He is Complete! There is no failure in Him! He is God!
