Text: Matthew 24:36-39
Society, as a whole, is in bad shape. People are looking for answers in all the wrong places. The only thing that will fix all the wrongs, is the coming of Christ. We must be prepared, living each moment as if it were the last. No one knows the day or the hour. Are we ready? We don’t have to be nervous or fearful. We just need to be ready. The way things are in society today, is the precursor of Christ’s return. We are like “in the days of Noah.” We have a society that is tearing down the family structure, okay with abortion, sex trafficing, violence, etc. The wickedness is rampant. We will self destruct if Christ doesn’t return soon. Society says everything that is opposed to God’s Word is okay. The TRUTH is. . .it’s NOT okay! This is a wake-up call. Let’s be aware of the signs. There’s a lot going on around us. God’s judgement is moving throughout the land and it’s starting with His Church! We need to understand the wickedness and sin. It’s the warning before destruction. We’re an unprepared generation.There is a time coming when the door will be closed. No more chances to do it right. Be on guard! Be alert! The Lord is coming soon!
