Text: Ephesians 4:1-6
Satan hates it when we take the Gospel outside the four wall of the church. Satan hates it when we declare the goodness of the Lord. His tactic is using disunity. If he can get us to gossip and move outside the realm of humility and love, he has done his job. God will not move when there is disunity. We need to work worthy of our calling. The Holy Spirit in us makes us come into unity and walk in the productive lives that He has called us. When we know and understand we belong to Christ, we walk in worthiness and humility, and that pleases the Lord. We walk in love for one another. In order for the church to walk in real unity, the Holy Spirit has to be moving, because unity is not our nature. It’s not in us. If Jesus can produce the acts of unity, peace, and love, then so can we, because He lives in us. Only Jesus can help us walk in these traits. Let’s love in spite of. Let’s walk in unity. Let’s be in one accord. We need each other.
